If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

  • You’ll be eligible for a full cash refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

  • The refund or replacement will be processed after verification.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • You can choose between a cash refund or replacement with the correct product.

  • Any shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by us.
